Ingredients
- 1 (11.5-ounce) package Fresh Express® Orange Sesame Chopped Salad Kit
- 1 lb thinly sliced flank steak or ribeye
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste) – optional for heat
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and gochujang (if using). Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.

- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with a portion of cooked beef and a generous scoop of the Orange Sesame salad.
