Ingredients
  

  • 1 (11.5-ounce) package Fresh Express® Orange Sesame Chopped Salad Kit
  • 1 lb thinly sliced flank steak or ribeye
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste) – optional for heat
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and gochujang (if using). Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
  • Toss the Orange Sesame Chopped Salad Kit with included dressing and toppings.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with a portion of cooked beef and a generous scoop of the Orange Sesame salad.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
