- 1 bag Fresh Express Asian Salad kit
- 1/2 cup cooked edamame, shelled
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped (drain well if using canned)
- 3/4 cup water chestnuts, drained well and sliced (chopped jicama may be substituted)
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced thinly
- 2 scallions, green part only, sliced thinly
- Empty salad kit into a large bowl, and add all other ingredients on top.
- Drizzle with dressing packet.
- Toss and serve.
