Lemon Garlic Spinach Sauté Kit

Add a protein, grain... or simply enjoy alone! Our Lemon Garlic Sauté Kit adds fresh, zesty flavor to mealtime with a tasty medley of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, pea pods, red cabbage and greens flavored with a lemon garlic sauce and crispy onions for garnishing.

 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Add 1½ tablespoons of vegetable oil to pan; heat on medium until hot.
  • Add sauté vegetables to pan and cook 1 minute while stirring occasionally to make sure vegetables cook evenly; then add in sauce and cook for another 30 seconds, while continuing to stir.
  • Remove pan from heat; add in garlic and toss… garnish with crispy onions and enjoy!

Tasty Veggies!
I recently switched to a plant-based diet. This salad helps me get my daily greens and cruciferous veggies in from one place! I add walnuts and hummus and it's a great meal!
