Great combination
I like this salad so much that when the grocery store stopped having it I asked them to stock it again.

LOVE!! But more dressing please?!
I'm obsessed with this salad. It's got fantastic flavors, crunchy bits, cheese, the dressing is very delicious. The crunchy toasted quinoa is so fun. However, I'd eat a lot more of these if they came with enough dressing to really flavor the whole salad. I end up only tossing about 2/3 of it with the dressing and eating it for lunch with a little something else on the side because if I use all of the greens the dressing will be too 'diluted' and won't flavor the salad. I deducted one star for that. Please give us a bit more dressing in the packet and this will be a perfect home run! Thanks for this great salad.

Yes, I agree there is definitely not enough dressing for two salads out of one bag. I stopped buying these and just started making my own because of that problem. A salad is no good if you can't have enough dressing!

I put the dressing on in the morning before work and it soaks in nicely by lunchtime. Anything with cabbage needs some good time to soak in.

THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVE CHOPPED SALAD OF THIS BRAND OR ANY OTHER BRAND! I especially love the protein packet with edamame, sunflower seeds, and quinoa! IMO there is more than enough dressing! I think Ken C. has a great idea if you want more flavor ... give it time to soak in. Too much dressing packs on the calories anyway :)

We pioneered packaged salad

No really, we did! In 1989 we were the very first to package and nationally distribute fresh-cut, ready-to-eat salad.
