LOVE!! But more dressing please?!
I'm obsessed with this salad. It's got fantastic flavors, crunchy bits, cheese, the dressing is very delicious. The crunchy toasted quinoa is so fun. However, I'd eat a lot more of these if they came with enough dressing to really flavor the whole salad. I end up only tossing about 2/3 of it with the dressing and eating it for lunch with a little something else on the side because if I use all of the greens the dressing will be too 'diluted' and won't flavor the salad. I deducted one star for that. Please give us a bit more dressing in the packet and this will be a perfect home run! Thanks for this great salad.

Great Salad
I eat one or two salad kits each day. I buy different brands and kits so as to not tire of them. The "Sunflower Crisp" is by far one of my favorites. I do wish the salad kits were offered with and without dressing. I always throw away the dressing in the kits in favor of using a lower fat dressing I purchase separately.

“Iceberg Lettuce” was a thing

Our thing! Back in the 1930s, our founder, Bruce Church started shipping fresh heads of lettuce across the country in ice-packed rail cars. People started calling it “iceberg lettuce” and the name stuck.
