Beats Grandpa's best.
Used to make my own coleslaw dressing, shredded my own cabbage and grated the carrots. Everyone liked it quite a bit better than the pre-prepared deli stuff, but one lazy day I gave this a try and it was a hit. Even I enjoy this kit. Not dripping with dressing, but not dry. Just the right mix of dressing and cabbage. Has a nice sweetness and not too high a calorie count. It might even be local as I live in Yuma, AZ the winter salad source for the nation and I know Fresh Express has an operation here.

I love, love this kit!
