Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe Chiquita banana, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Place the Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix, pineapple, banana, milk, ice, yogurt,and honey in a blender; process until smooth.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar on a plate. Coat the rim of the glass with honey; turn it upside down and place it into the graham cracker mixture to coat the rim. Pour smoothie into glasses.
Notes
Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
