Ingredients
  

  • 1 (9-ounce) package Fresh Express® Farmer’s Garden Salad Blend
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can cut yellow wax beans, drained
  • 1 (16-ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 (16-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the beans, chickpeas, pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
  • Combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Place the greens and tomatoes from the Fresh Express® Farmer’s Garden Salad Blend in a bowl. Toss the bean salad and place it on top of the greens.
