Crunchy Spinach Salad Recipe

Celery, radishes, cucumber and red bell pepper add multi-veggie crunch to our Baby Spinach.



  • 1 package Fresh Express Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • Your favorite Dijon Vinaigrette dressing


  • Place greens in a large salad bowl.
  • Add remaining veggies.
  • Drizzle dressing and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
