- 4 wide-mouth 32 oz mason jars
Ingredients (per mason jar)
- ½ Fresh Express® Sunflower Crisp Chopped Salad Kit (total 2 kits)
- 3 oz shredded rotisserie chicken (total 12 oz)
- ½ cup diced cucumbers (total 2 cups)
- ¼ cup sliced radishes (total 1 cup)
Instructions
- Layer the dressing: Pour 1/2 dressing pack into the bottom of each 32 oz mason jar to keep ingredients crisp.
- Add protein: Divide shredded rotisserie chicken evenly among the jars.
- Add firm vegetables: Layer diced cucumbers, then sliced radishes on top of the chicken.
- Add greens: Evenly distribute greens (kale, romaine, cabbage) from the Sunflower Crisp Chopped Salad Kit into each jar.
- Top with crunchies: Sprinkle the “crunchies” (sunflower seeds, roasted edamame, toasted quinoa, and Italian cheese blend) from the kit over each jar.
Notes
To serve: Pour the jar contents into a bowl and toss before eating, or shake the jar well and eat directly.
