Farmhouse Ranch Creamy Elote-Style Avocados
Bring something fresh to Game Day with these creamy, crunchy Elote-Style Avocados topped with our Farmhouse Ranch Chopped Salad Kit. These flavorful bites work great as a starter or shareable snack.
Ingredients
- 1 (11.1-ounce) Fresh Express® Farmhouse Ranch Chopped Salad Kit
- 3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup canned corn, drained
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the corn with all ingredients from the Fresh Express® Farmhouse Ranch Chopped Salad Kit, except the dressing. Set aside.
- Remove the avocado pit and lightly score the inside of each avocado half in a crisscross pattern.
- Top each avocado half with the prepared salad mixture.
- Drizzle with the Farmhouse Ranch Dressing from the salad kit and serve immediately. Enjoy!
