Creamy Mushroom Caesar Steak Wrap
Tender sliced steak gets wrapped with Fresh Express® Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit for bold, creamy Caesar flavor and serious crunch. Shaved Parmesan, brioche croutons, and rich dressing make this wrap hearty, fresh, and downright craveable.
Ingredients
- 1 (9.8-ounce) package Fresh Express® Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped KitÂ
- 1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- Large flour tortillas (10-inch) – 4 each
Optional Finish
- ¼ cup Shaved parmesan
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 135–140°F for medium.
- Rest steak 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Prepare Fresh Express® Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit according to package directions.
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Layer sliced steak in center of each tortilla.
- Top generously with Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit.
- Add shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper if desired.
- Fold and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
Notes
Chef Tips:
– Slice steak thin for tenderness and better wrap structure.
