Berry Pineapple Salad
Delicious strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with pineapple make the perfect pairing with Fresh Express® Baby Spinach.
Ingredients
- 1 (5-ounce) package Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup blueberries and/or raspberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Your favorite Citrus Vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Place Fresh Express® Baby Spinach into a large bowl.
- Add fruit and almond; toss to combine.
- Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
