great combo!
I eat this salad kit at least 3 times a week. Can you please let us know what the nutritional facts are without the salad dressing? I typically add my own dressing, but would like to know the break out of nutrition for just the salad/seeds/cranberries. Thanks!

Great salad even without the dressing!
Loved it but wish the nutritional facts were listed with and without the dressing. Wonderful for lunch or a light dinner...add a protein of your choice.

I agree. Love the salad, but prefer a lite dressing.

Was hoping to find the fat values for the dressing so I can figure out if I want to buy it.

Yes, I also want to know the nutritional info of the dressing, which I never use.

Agreed, really looking for the toppings and dressing to be separated on the nutrition label (or at least online).

Agree. Looking for the nutritional info for the dressing and toppings separately. Please provide the specific info for each separately.

I just called they said the dressing is 60 calories for the entire packet. So I figure if you get about 3 serving per bag...minus 20 calories?

I absolutely love this salad kit! Kale, brussel sprouts and cabbage are some of my favorite vegetables and chopped and mixed together for a lunch kit is brilliant! The poppy seed dressing is delicious and light. The pumpkin seeds and cranberries compliment one another well. I chop up a chicken breast that I saute in Dijon mustard, balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil and it makes for an amazing lunch that's tastier, healthier and CHEAPER than eating out. I am so glad I happened upon this (and the other varieties) kit!

We started salad kits

In 1989, we were the first company to create salad kits for nationwide distribution. They were filled with all the toppings you need to enjoy a restaurant-style salad, including the dressing.
