Creamy Mushroom Caesar Steak Wrap

Tender sliced steak gets wrapped with Fresh Express® Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit for bold, creamy Caesar flavor and serious crunch. Shaved Parmesan, brioche croutons, and rich dressing make this wrap hearty, fresh, and downright craveable.

Ingredients
  

Optional Finish

  • ¼ cup Shaved parmesan
  • Cracked black pepper,  to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 135–140°F for medium.
  • Rest steak 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  • Prepare Fresh Express® Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit according to package directions.
  • Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  • Layer sliced steak in center of each tortilla.
  • Top generously with Creamy Mushroom Caesar Chopped Kit.
  • Add shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper if desired.
  • Fold and roll tightly. Serve immediately.

Notes

Chef Tips:
– Slice steak thin for tenderness and better wrap structure.
– Keep the salad cold to maintain texture contrast.
– Do not overdress the kit. The mushroom Caesar should coat, not saturate.
– Assemble just before serving to prevent wrap softening.
