Easter Egg Salad
This colorful Easter Egg salad is easy to make using Fresh Express® Sweet Butter® Lettuce and just a few toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 packages Fresh Express® Sweet Butter® Lettuce (6-ounce)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 4 hard cooked eggs peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Place the Fresh Express® Sweet Butter® Lettuce on an oval platter. Arrange the tomatoes, eggs, carrots and cheddar cheese in rows across the lettuce to create a colored Easter egg design. Once salad is served, drizzle each portion with Ranch dressing.
