Great combination
I like this salad so much that when the grocery store stopped having it I asked them to stock it again.

I know..i didn't know what it was called and they had run out of it. I panicked thinking they didn't sell it anymore. I tore through the salad section like I was looking for cigarettes!! An employee approached me like I was crazy. The salad..and the dressing!..are just that good!

LOVE!! But more dressing please?!
I'm obsessed with this salad. It's got fantastic flavors, crunchy bits, cheese, the dressing is very delicious. The crunchy toasted quinoa is so fun. However, I'd eat a lot more of these if they came with enough dressing to really flavor the whole salad. I end up only tossing about 2/3 of it with the dressing and eating it for lunch with a little something else on the side because if I use all of the greens the dressing will be too 'diluted' and won't flavor the salad. I deducted one star for that. Please give us a bit more dressing in the packet and this will be a perfect home run! Thanks for this great salad.

Yes, I agree there is definitely not enough dressing for two salads out of one bag. I stopped buying these and just started making my own because of that problem. A salad is no good if you can't have enough dressing!

I put the dressing on in the morning before work and it soaks in nicely by lunchtime. Anything with cabbage needs some good time to soak in.

THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVE CHOPPED SALAD OF THIS BRAND OR ANY OTHER BRAND! I especially love the protein packet with edamame, sunflower seeds, and quinoa! IMO there is more than enough dressing! I think Ken C. has a great idea if you want more flavor ... give it time to soak in. Too much dressing packs on the calories anyway :)

This is one of my absolutely favorite salads. I make two lunches out of this, splitting the ingredients over two days, dress salad separately each day. I feel there is plenty of dressing. Where can I purchase the toasted quinoa?

I do love this salad kit - but I would really appreciate nutrition information without the dressing as I use very little dressing. Fresh Express, can you provide?

I, too, would like to know the different nutrition information for each item by itself: the salad, the dressing and the toppings.

One of my Favorites. Just starting buying these last month, After I had some when I was on Vaca in Oregon. I dice about a half of a nice crunchy apple to mix in and sometimes add dried cranberries. Yes mixing in dressing a few hours before does make a difference.

I would also like nutrition information for the separate ingredients, as I don't add the cheese, and use only half the dressing and half the edamame/ quinoa (I use the rest on a different salad the next day, it goes great with any lettuce based salad). I've tried figuring out the calories if each by weighing them and looking up but my calories do not add up to what the label says. I'd love to know how many calories in actually consuming. I would also love to be able to just buy the onion vinaigrette, I tried buying onion vinaigrette from other brands and it didn't taste as good! I love this salad!!!

The best salad kit!
I bought this salad kit at Publix in Florida and I loved it. Unfortunately I can't find it in South Bend, Indiana. It is the perfect mix.

We started salad kits

In 1989, we were the first company to create salad kits for nationwide distribution. They were filled with all the toppings you need to enjoy a restaurant-style salad, including the dressing.
