1packagerefrigerated empanada dough (or use small round pie crusts)
1 eggbeaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a skillet, cook onion and garlic over medium heat until softened. Add ground turkey, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly.
Spoon turkey mixture onto one half of each dough circle. Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Brush tops with egg wash.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
