Korean BBQ Cinco de Mayo Beef Tacos with Orange Sesame Salad

- 1 (11.5-ounce) package Fresh Express® Orange Sesame Chopped Salad Kit
- 1 lb thinly sliced flank steak or ribeye
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste) – optional for heat
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and gochujang (if using). Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
Toss the Orange Sesame Chopped Salad Kit with included dressing and toppings.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with a portion of cooked beef and a generous scoop of the Orange Sesame salad.
