cut green beans,
drained

(14.5-ounce) can
cut yellow wax beans,
drained

(16-ounce) can
red kidney beans,
rinsed, drained
1
(16-ounce) can
chickpeas,
rinsed, drained
1/2
cup
diced red bell pepper
1/2
red onion,
thinly sliced
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
1/3
cup
canola oil
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
dill weed
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Place the beans, chickpeas, pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
Combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Place the greens and tomatoes from the Fresh Express® Farmer’s Garden Salad Blend in a bowl. Toss the bean salad and place it on top of the greens.
