Arrange apple slices, overlapping them slightly, three quarters of the way around the perimeter of a 13-inch round platter. Next place the oranges in a row, two deep; then the kiwi slices and the strawberries.
Place a small bowl filled with lemon yogurt, on the bottom edge of the platter. Arrange the grapes and blueberries around it.
Cut off the bottom (non-stem side) of the red pepper, about 1-1/2 inches deep; place it on top of the yogurt. Place two candy eyeballs, with a little yogurt as glue, and a sliver of the dried apricot to make the turkey face.

Tip: Place a toothpick under the red pepper so that the turkey face sits on top of the yogurt.
