Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix
  • 1 cup chocolate coconut milk
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons toasted coconut
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender; process until smooth.

Notes

Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder for increased satiety.
