Banana Split Smoothie Recipe

A lighter alternative to your favorite ice cream sundae which you can now drink for breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe Chiquita banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix, pineapple, banana, milk, ice, yogurt,and honey in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar on a plate. Coat the rim of the glass with honey; turn it upside down and place it into the graham cracker mixture to coat the rim. Pour smoothie into glasses.

Notes

Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
