Fresh Express® Spinach
1/2
cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
grated Asiago cheese
2
tablespoons
butter
1/2
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Black pepper to taste

tablespoon
olive oil
1
cup
grated carrots
Instructions
Combine cream, cheese, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat, just until it starts bubbling; reduce heat to low.
Cook the Fresh Express® Spinach and carrots, in batches, in olive oil in a large skillet over high heat for two to three minutes or until wilted.
Add spinach and carrots to cream mixture; mix well. Serve warm.
