Apple Coleslaw
Fresh Express® Angel Hair Coleslaw™ and Chiquita Bites®: Juicy Green Apples are perfect partners with a sour cream dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package Fresh Express® Angel Hair Coleslaw™
- 1 (14-ounce) package Chiquita Bites®: Juicy Green Apples
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled, grated
- 1 small red onion, peeled, cut in half, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and celery salt in a bowl.
- Combine the Fresh Express® Angel Hair Coleslaw™, Chiquita Bites®: Juicy Green Apples, celery, carrot, and onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with the mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
