Place the potatoes in a large saucepan of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain well. Cool to room temperature.
Mix the salad dressing from the Fresh Express® French Bistro Chopped Kit®, mayonnaise, dill weed, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the potatoes, eggs, celery, and peas; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until cold.
