Place chicken breasts in a saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165° F. Transfer to a bowl; shred with two forks. Cool.
Drizzle the chicken with one packet of the dressing and the salt; mix well. Add the sun-dried tomatoes; mix well.
Place the greens from the Fresh Express® Twisted Pesto Caesar Chopped Salad Kits® into a bowl; toss with the remaining salad dressing. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
Divide the salad evenly among four plates. Top with chicken salad and avocado slices.
