• Heat oven to 375°F. Spray six regular-sized muffin cups with cooking spray.
• Cut the apples in half through the core; remove core. Cut in half again; then cut into thin slices.
• Mix water, lemon juice, and one tablespoon sugar in a small saucepan; add apple slices. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until apples are flexible, but not too soft. Drain and cool.
• Mix remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon.
• Cut the puff pastry into six 1-1/2-inch-wide strips. Place apple slices, with the peel side at the top, along one long edge of the pastry, slightly overlapping one another. Sprinkle apples and pastry with cinnamon sugar. Fold the bottom edge of the pastry up to partially cover the apple slices. Starting at one long end, roll up the pastry. Place in prepared muffin cup with the apple side up. Repeat to make five more roses. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned. Cool slightly.
• Meanwhile, cut the strawberries in half; then cut them into a heart shapes using a small heart shaped cutter.

To Assemble:

• Divide the Fresh Express® Butter Supreme evenly among six plates. Place an apple rose in the center; arrange strawberry hearts, pistachios, and Feta cheese on the lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
