Cook breaded fish filets according to package directions.
Place the Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit® into a large bowl; toss with salad dressing. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
To make one taco, place 2 fish sticks into the bottom of a tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit®, diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon crumbled cheese.
Serve with avocado and jalapeño pepper, if desired.
Note:
Any type of breaded fish fillet works in this recipe. If using a larger size, you might need to cut them into smaller pieces.
