Italian Antipasto Caesar Salad
It’s easy to turn a Caesar salad into an antipasto platter by adding Italian meats, cheese, tomatoes, olives, tortellini and pickled vegetables. Buon appetito!

Fresh Express® Caesar Salad Kits®
5
ounces
cheese tortellini,
cooked, cooled
6
ounces
Campari tomatoes,
halved
4
ounces
sliced provolone cheese,
cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
2
ounces
sliced hard salami,
cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
1
ounce
sliced sopressa,
folded
1/2
cup
Italian Castelvetrano olives,
pitted
1/2
cup
sweet cherry peppers
1/2
cup
pepperoncini
Bread sticks or Italian bread,
optional
Instructions
Arrange the lettuce from the Fresh Express® Caesar Salad Kits® on a large platter.
Place the croutons from the salad kit in the middle.
Arrange all of the ingredients in groupings on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve the Caesar dressing on the side.
Note:
Campari tomatoes are larger than cherry tomatoes, which is also a good substitute.
