Cinnamon Apple Smoothie Recipe

This smoothieis a lighter, refreshing version of classic apple pie.

  • 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Kale Mix
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored,chopped
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Place the Fresh Express® BabyKale Mix, ice, yogurt, apple, grapes, milk, and cinnamon in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Mix the graham crackercrumbs and sugar on a plate. Coat the rim of the glass with honey; turn itupside down and place it into the graham cracker mixture to coat the rim. Poursmoothie into glasses.


Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
