Fresh Express® Iceberg Shreds®

rye bread;
cut into 1/2-inch cubes

cups
sauerkraut,
rinsed and drained
2
dill pickles,
chopped
1/2

Thousand Island Dressing

ounces
shaved turkey breast
5
ounces
shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Place bread on a baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes or until bread is toasted.
Combine the Fresh Express® Iceberg Shreds®, sauerkraut, and pickles in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
Divide salad evenly onto four plates.
Top with turkey, cheese, and rye croutons.
