  • 1 Cup Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
  • 1-1/2 Cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 Cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint minced
  • 2 mint leaves


  • Place all ingredients,except for the mint leaves, into a blender; process until smooth.


Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
