Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Express® Baby Spinach
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients,except for the mint leaves, into a blender; process until smooth.

Notes

Tip: Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for increased satiety.
