Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
Toss broccoli with the oil and kosher salt.
Grill broccolini. Lightly char the broccolini about 2 minutes per side. Remove and chill until you are ready to make the salad.
Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat.
Add oil to the pan. Once the oil is shimmering, add the snap peas.
Toss the peas with salt and pepper.
Allow to sauté for about 4 minutes; occasionally toss the peas to allow for even cooking.
In another small sauté pan, heat pan over medium heat.
Add oil to the pan, heat oil again until it begins to shimmer.
Add carrots to the pan with the honey, salt and pepper.
Toss carrots occasionally and let them caramelize completely.
Remove carrots and let cool.
In a medium size mixing bowl, toss the Fresh Express Asian Chopped Kit with the master pack ingredients and the given salad dressing.
Plate each salad separately. Atop each salad, evenly distribute the broccolini and the caramelized carrots.
Garnish each salad with a nice pile of pea tendrils, and radishes. Sprinkled the toasted sesame seeds over each portion.
