Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10.5-ounces) package Fresh Express® Smokehouse Chopped Salad Kit™
  • 12 hardboiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 carrot sliced into rings
  • 4 black olives
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Slice thinly across the bottom of each egg so that it will stand up on its own.
  • Slice through middle of egg and gently remove yolk from all eggs. 
  • Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and egg yolks in a bowl until smooth.
  • Place egg yolk mixture in a piping bag and fill bottom of egg white until they are ¼ inch over the brim of the egg. Top with the “lid.” Continue with remaining eggs.
  • Stamp out eyes from the olives with a straw and place on eggs.
  • Thinly cut the carrot rings “pizza style” into 6 pieces and place 2 pieces on the eggs to create the beaks of the chicks.
  • Mix Fresh Express® Smokehouse Chopped Salad Kit™ in a bowl and place on serving tray.
  • Nestle the eggs into the salad and serve.
