Fresh Express® French Blue Cheese Salad Kit®

black pepper

heavy cream

tablespoons
butter

French baguette
Instructions
In a large sauté pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add salad to the pan along with croutons, excluding the other toppings.
Sauté while stirring until wilted, about 3 minutes.
Transfer the sautéed salad to a plate and let it cool, while preheating the oven to 350°F.
In a skillet, layer the ingredients in the following order: salad mixture, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons heavy cream, blue cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place the skillet in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes (until the eggs are cooked).
Remove the skillet from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes to let the eggs finish setting.
Drizzle with French Blue Cheese dressing.
Serve with sliced bread for dipping.
