Shrimp Scampi and Spinach Pasta

- 1 (8-ounce) package Fresh Express® Spinach
- 1 bag preferred size of shrimp
- 1 box farfalle pasta
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Juice from half of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Cook pasta according to package instructions or until desired doneness.
In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, add oil and cook shrimp and garlic until shrimp are cooked through. Remove shrimp from pan.
Add white wine to the pan and reduce by half.
Remove from heat and add butter to the pan, swirling with a spoon to incorporate.
Add pasta and shrimp back to the pan and toss together.
Place spinach on a plate and serve pasta over the top.
