Heat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high.
Combine lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add shallot, tomatoes, and green beans; toss well.
Drizzle zucchini with 1 tablespoon olive oil; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Grill zucchini, cut side down, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until lightly charred; turn over and cook for 1 minute. Cool.
Grill corn for 10 minutes or until lightly charred on all sides. Cool.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise, then chop into 1/2-inch-thick pieces. Cut corn off the cob.
Add zucchini and corn to green bean mixture; toss to combine. Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes; drain marinade.
Place the greens from the Fresh Express® Smokehouse Chopped Kits® onto a large platter. Place the vegetables on top of the greens. Sprinkle with the toppings.
Once salad is served, drizzle each portion with the dressing from the chopped kits.
