imitation crabmeat

mayonnaise

diced red pepper

Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients:

fresh lemon juice

olive oil

sugar

salt
Instructions
Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise, red pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Divide the Fresh Express® Butter Supreme lettuce evenly among four plates. Drizzle with Lemon Vinaigrette. Sprinkle with dried cherries and almonds.
Top with crabmeat mixture. Serve with crackers, if desired.
Lemon Vinaigrette Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
Notes
Lump crabmeat can also be used.
