- Fresh Express Apples & Cheddar Kit
- 6-8 Raw, peeled shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Lemon wedges
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat oil over medium high heat.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper & lemon juice.
- Sauté until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients from the Apples & Cheddar Kit. Toss until dressing is fully incorporated.
- Serve salad with shrimp on the side.
