I am writing this review as I am eating the salad for lunch! Absolutely delicious! Love the texture of the salad with its crunch. Every flavor profile just goes together.

I put my own twist and made a salad and dinner out of this salad kit. First, I chopped up romaine lettuce and roma tomatoes. Tossed it with the corn, chia and soybeans. Sprinkled shredded colby cheese and dressed it. Secondly, I made a simple fried rice. I do prefer my cabbage cooked. I steamed some white rice. I cooked the raw vegetables mix with diced chicken breast strips, chicken base ,soy sauce, sliced onion, chopped garlic and scrambled eggs. I had all these ingredients already and had saved the soy sauce packets from Chinese take out. Enjoy!

Put an Egg on It

It’s a myth that egg yolk is filled with “bad” cholesterol. Actually, one large egg contains important nutrients like vitamin D, riboflavin, phosphorous and selenium.
