Apples & Cheddar Kit

Apples & Cheddar Kit

Here’s a pairing that pops with flavor. Crisp, tart, diced greens and apples meet finely-aged, diced cheddar cheese over a delicious blend of butter salanova and green tango lettuces. Toss in the nutty crunch of chopped walnuts, serve with a splash of Fuji apple vinaigrette dressing, and you'll believe too: apples and cheddar are better together.

OMG, So Good!
This is my absolute favorite salad kit! LOVE IT! Unfortunately, my local Publix has stopped carrying it; at least for the moment. I hope they bring it back.

“Iceberg Lettuce” was a thing

Our thing! Back in the 1930s, our founder, Bruce Church started shipping fresh heads of lettuce across the country in ice-packed rail cars. People started calling it “iceberg lettuce” and the name stuck.
