Crispy Fish Tacos
Add new flavors to taco night by using crunchy fish fillets and the Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit®.
Ingredients
- 1 (10.2-ounce) package Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit®
- 24 mini (1/2-ounce each) breaded fish fillets
- 12 flour tortillas, warmed
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 3/4 cup queso fresco
- Avocado and jalapeño pepper, optional
Instructions
- Cook breaded fish filets according to package directions.
- Place the Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit® into a large bowl; toss with salad dressing. Add the toppings; toss to combine.
- To make one taco, place 2 fish sticks into the bottom of a tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup Fresh Express® Kickin’ Bacon Ranch Chopped Kit®, diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon crumbled cheese.
- Serve with avocado and jalapeño pepper, if desired.
Note:
- Any type of breaded fish fillet works in this recipe. If using a larger size, you might need to cut them into smaller pieces.
