Salad Ingredients:
1 pkg Fresh Express® Organic Baby Sweet Lettuce (5oz.)
2 pkgs Chiquita® Apple Grape Bites™ singles (2.2oz.)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup crumbled stilton cheese (substitute with bleu cheese)
Make the Dressing:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk together mustard and vinegar.
Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified.
Whisk tarragon, salt and pepper.
In a shallow baking pan toast almonds in middle of oven until pale golden, 6-8 minutes, and cool.
Make the Salad:
Divide salad and apple slices among 3 plates.
Top with grapes, cheese and almonds.
Add vinaigrette dressing and toss to coat well.
