Spinach & Prosciutto

Roasted red peppers and asiago cheese are heated with our Spinach and chopped prosciutto. Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
1 pkg Fresh Express® Spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
6 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, chopped
1 4-oz jar roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
1 7.5-oz jar artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Asiago cheese, shredded
Make the Dish:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add greens, prosciutto, red peppers, & artichoke hearts.
Season with garlic powder.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring, until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
